Job Title: Sales Assistant  Spain

Permanent contract

Location : Madrid, Spain



MAIN MISSION: Assist the commercial team

  • Assistance to the commercial management: supervision of agendas, support in the organization of the sales team, administration of commercial management reports and preparation of periodic meetings 
  • Commercial information management. Edit documents for the commercial team, compare prices and products with the competition 
  • Elaboration of offers, programs, follow up of OC orders, follow up of logistics, delivery times, sending of documentation 
  • Updating of customer database in the CRM, monitoring of CRM profiles 
  • Updating of contracts, bids, templates and other business documents 
  • Stock data analysis: stock consumption, forecast follow-up, stock needs, management of commercial information on prices and products 
  • Preparation DATA of sales reports, KPI’s and client objectives based on CRM 
  • Translations between Spanish/English. 
  • Follow-up of communication between departments with clients: marketing, accounting, sales, logistics, service, etc

  • bachelors in business or equivalent
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Excellent teammate


  • Excellent knowledge of photovoltaic equipment, mainly inverters 
  • Knowledge of the distribution sector: EPC, developers, suppliers, and competitors 
  • Proficiency of  writing techniques for reports, synthesis and commercial offers 
  • Current English and French or Portuguese appreciated

  • Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 
  • Reporting
