Your mission:

Develop and promote innovative PV battery solutions internationally, combining technical expertise with commercial strategy.

What you´ll do :

Business development and client relationship

  • Actively participate in business development by identifying new technical opportunities in target markets (France, Iberian Peninsula, Africa).
  • Contribute to drafting competitive technical and commercial proposals tailored to the specific needs of international clients.
  • Propose adaptations or improvements to offers based on market feedback.
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with EPCs, developers, and IPPs.
  • Prepare responses to tenders, including cost estimates, technical and commercial offers, in collaboration with the Solutions Manager.

Sales cycle and project management

  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle, from qualification to commissioning.
  • Manage responses to technical tenders in coordination with different stakeholders, including supply chain, sales administration, service, and solutions teams.

Technical strategy and promotion

  • Develop technical and commercial strategies to promote our PV battery solutions to strategic clients.
  • Participate in international trade shows, webinars, and conferences (Intersolar, etc.) to represent the company and its technologies.

Market analysis and competitive intelligence

  • Conduct international market studies and benchmarks to identify technological, regulatory, and competitive developments.
  • Contribute to defining the product roadmap and the necessary adaptations for different international markets.

What We’re Looking For :

  • An engineering degree (Master’s level) with a specialization in renewable energy, electrical engineering, energy storage, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical-sales role, ideally in the battery, photovoltaic, or energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of energy storage systems (lithium-ion, BMS, inverters, etc.) and PV applications.
  • Significant experience in an international context (export account management, negotiations in English, knowledge of international business practices).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to synthesize information, strong sense of challenge, and customer service orientation.
  • Fluent professional English (spoken and written) is essential; a second language is a plus (Spanish, French, Arabic, etc.).
  • Frequent travel is expected.
