Your Main Mission:
As a Regional Sales Manager specializing in the solar sector, your main mission will be to drive revenue growth through strategic actions, including precise sector mapping, product advocacy, prospecting new leads, and network engagement.
Your Contribution:
- Analyze the solar market, define and conduct market studies, and identify key targets to achieve.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and perform benchmarks in close collaboration with the Solutions Department (and, when necessary, the Service Department).
- Create and maintain a directory of commercial targets, including engineering offices, government entities, investors, etc.
- Carry out sales missions by identifying and defining prospects’ needs, recommending products and solutions, and following up on projects with the Sales France team.
- Recommend solutions and guide market players toward our distributors.
- Promote the solution offerings in collaboration with the Marketing Department through various channels such as webinars, events, and workshops.
You Have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A degree from a top business school.
- A combined technical and commercial background.
- Essential experience in the solar sector, with in-depth knowledge of the installer network.
- Knowledge of technical solutions such as inverters, transformer stations, monitoring systems, batteries, etc.
- Proven skills in commercial analysis of the solar market.
- Skills in market penetration strategy and development of a comprehensive solutions offering.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and customer-oriented approach.
- Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Team spirit and the ability to influence both internally and externally.
