⚡ Your mission:
As a Solution Engineer, you will lead and manage the technical solutions for our clients while providing technical support to distributors, installers, and partners, mainly for residential, C&I, and utility-scale projects.
🌱 What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and delivery of technical solutions.
- Provide technical support to distributors and installers for residential and C&I projects.
- Support developers and EPC partners in C&I and utility projects.
- Organize and deliver workshops and training sessions for clients and partners.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and accompany clients on national and international projects.
- Conduct compatibility and optimization studies of the studies of the solutions across different project typologies.
- Knowledge of local/international regulations applicable to PV and ESS.
- Identify and analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions (inverters, storage, transformers, EMS/SCADA).
- Act as the main technical interface between clients and manufacturers.
- Monitor technology and competition trends and provide technical training.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree (Electrical Engineer or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in photovoltaic project design.
- Strong expertise in PV system sizing and system topologies.
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is highly valued.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) and PV design software.
- Ability to deliver presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Availability to travel.
