What’s inside Green Power’s 2025 CSR report?
The report covers Green Power Technologie SAS for the 2025 financial year, from 1 January to 31 December 2025. It marks a step up in rigour: the carbon assessment was carried out with Greenly under the GHG Protocol, entirely on physical data, and each company in the group will now publish its own report, starting with Green Power Technologie SAS.
It follows our first Sustainability Report, published for 2024, and is organised in four parts:
- Part IEnvironmentOur full carbon footprint, responsible procurement, logistics and end-of-life, our own operations, the new HQE headquarters, and our pre-sales and after-sales service.
- Part IISocialEmployment and inclusion, health and safety, our partnership with a sheltered workshop (ESAT), training and testimonials from our teams.
- Part IIISocietalSail for Tomorrow, philanthropy and skills-based sponsorship, local commitment and our presence at the energy transition’s main events.
- Part IVGovernanceBusiness ethics, independent assessments by EcoVadis and Greenly, our 2030 reduction trajectory and our commitments for 2026.
In 2024, we laid the first stone of our corporate social responsibility approach. In 2025, we structured it.
Where do Green Power’s emissions come from?
Green Power does not manufacture. We select, import, store, deliver and maintain equipment made by industrial partners such as Huawei and AIKO. That business model explains how the footprint is distributed: almost everything happens upstream, in the factories, and downstream, during the years the equipment runs.
- Purchased products · 63%
- Use of sold products · 35%
- Own operations · <2%
That is why procurement is our primary environmental lever: we assess 100% of our suppliers on CSR criteria and work with strategic partners whose production sites are certified ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. Our own sites and fleet (scopes 1 and 2) account for just 24 tCO₂e, less than 0.02% of the total. The detailed breakdown by GHG Protocol category is available in the report.
What is Green Power’s carbon reduction target for 2030?
1,060→740
tCO₂e per €m of revenue2025 baseline → 2030 target · about −6.7% a year
Green Power commits to reducing its carbon intensity from 1,060 to 740 tCO₂e per million euros of revenue by 2030, in line with the Paris Agreement goal of halving global emissions between 2020 and 2030. Scopes 1 and 2 are tracked in absolute terms. Scope 3 is tracked in intensity: the more installations we equip, the more our accounted footprint grows, and an absolute target would amount to committing to sell less renewable equipment.
Three levers, in order of real weight
- 63%
Commit our suppliers to a documented trajectory Long term
Eco-conditions in procurement, supplier emissions assessments and reduction plans, with requirements raised progressively.
- 35%
Improve the performance of the equipment we distribute Medium term
Technical dialogue with manufacturers and product range decisions: every efficiency point feeds directly into the use of sold products.
- <2%
Optimise logistics and our own operations Short term
Consolidated deliveries, higher load factors and restraint at our sites. Low weight, but direct responsibility.
A submission has been filed with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi); the report expects validation before the end of 2026.

What does the report mean for installers and project developers?
Choosing an equipment distributor brings its supply chain and purchasing practices into your own project. In practice, that means three things:
- Data you can use in your own reporting. Our categories 3.1 and 3.11 are calculated from physical data, so your CSR team or auditors can use them directly. The same applies to our EcoVadis assessment.
- Equipment with a documented origin. Our strategic suppliers, Huawei and AIKO, manufacture at sites certified ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
- Equipment that lasts. Correct sizing before the sale, and repair rather than replacement after it: 94.4% of after-sales requests in 2025 were resolved without a new unit.

Frequently asked questions
What does Green Power’s 2025 CSR report contain?
The report covers the 2025 financial year of Green Power Technologie SAS in four parts: environment (carbon footprint, procurement, logistics, operations and customer service), social (employment, inclusion, safety and training), societal (Sail for Tomorrow, sponsorship and local commitment) and governance (ethics, independent assessments, the 2030 trajectory and 11 commitments for 2026).
What is Green Power’s carbon footprint in 2025?
Green Power Technologie SAS measured a carbon footprint of 137,830 tCO₂e across scopes 1, 2 and 3 for 2025, with Greenly, under the GHG Protocol and on 100% physical data. 98% comes from the value chain: the manufacture of the equipment it distributes and the energy that equipment uses over its life. Its own sites and fleet represent 24 tCO₂e.
What is Green Power’s 2030 climate target?
Green Power aims to reduce its carbon intensity from 1,060 to 740 tCO₂e per million euros of revenue by 2030, about −6.7% a year. Scopes 1 and 2 are tracked in absolute terms. A submission has been filed with the SBTi, with validation expected before the end of 2026.
Which methodology does the 2025 report use?
The GHG Protocol Corporate Standard under the operational control approach, with emission factors from ADEME’s Base Empreinte supplemented by Ecoinvent, INIES and the International Energy Agency. All emissions are calculated from physical quantities (kilograms, square metres, kilowatt-hours, tonne-kilometres) rather than from spending.
